Let's get to know eachother
Once your date is officially reserved, we'll send over a few goodies to help you prepare for the big day. As well as our full online planning guide that goes over every possible detail from, engagement planning, timelines and our VIP vendor teams we LOVE working with.

Sessions can take place anywhere from immediately following a proposal to just a few days before the wedding. We’ve found that there isn’t a “good” or “bad” time to take your photos.
Step 3

We check in about two months before the wedding to start chatting about timeline specifics, special details, family formal shot lists, special traditions and anything else we should know about your big day.
Step 4
WEDDING PREP!
It's finally here! The day the two of you say "I Do" and dance the night away surrounded by your family and friends. Just know we're excited to celebrate and capture your wedding day. It's going to be awesome.
Step 5
THE BIG DAY!
You can expect your photos to be delivered via an online gallery within about three weeks of your wedding. At that time, we'll also send over details about preserving your images through prints and albums and start your album design.
Step 6
YOUR IMAGES ARE READY!
We’ll start designing your album after you receive your image gallery! We have a very streamlined process to make it simple and easy. We will work together to create a design featuring all your favorite images that will preserve all your memories from your big day!
Step 7
ALBUM DESIGN AND ORDERING!
After you approve your final album designs or additional print order we will place your order. You will then be hand-delivered your album once it arrives within about 2-3 weeks from ordered! A constant reminder of your amazing LOVE to look at, hold and cherish for years to come!

This one is pretty simple! Just enjoy being married! Take in the first year of married life! Also you may just get a little surprise from us around your anniversary. You've found your person and now you get to enjoy spending the rest of your lives together!

We completely understand that getting in front of a camera can be a little nerve wracking and it’s completely normal to feel that way. But with the right direction and person behind the camera engagements can be an amazing experience! We are big fans of engagement sessions for a few reasons. First, they allow you to get comfortable in front of the camera. It takes time for most couples to warm up to being photographed and understand how we pose.

At this moment we include engagement sessions in some of our collections because we find it is one of the best ways for you and for us to get to know each other even better before the big day. It also makes a great trial run for you before the big day.
Can we trade the collection engagement for something else?
If you want to work with us we will send over a online proposal for you to look through that includes all of our packages. If you are having a custom designed package that will be included in your online proposal. Everything from contracts, to invoice is done via our secure online booking website.
if we decide we want to book - what do we need to do?
Yes, in fact once you book we send over a complete online wedding guide to help you in all aspects of your wedding planning from engagement, to our VIP Vendors, to post wedding albums and products. We are here to make sure your Big day is as stress-free as possible.
WE need help finding other vendors. Do you have recommendations?
We always provide a sneak preview gallery within 2-3 days of the wedding. The final gallery with all your images will be ready and available within 3-4 weeks post wedding. Many times we simply can't wait (we just love our couples) and you get them as soon as you get back from the honeymoon!
How long will it take to get back our images after the wedding?
Sure do! Dale is our main Assistant Photographer and he is THE BEST! 2021 will be Dale's fourth full wedding season with us. He is in charge of candid's, groomsmen and my right hand man. (no he is not my husband) but we like to say he is the best work husband around! He has trained with some of the best in the business.
do you have a dedicated second photographer?
Do not worry, we will never ever leave you with no photographer. This is always the TOP fear of brides, what if a vendor can't make it. We have several highly qualified photographers that can step up and take our place if this (which it has never happened) happens. We are in a group with other Cleveland Area photographers that do this just like us and can step in if they ever needed to.
what happens if GOD forbid you can't make it to the wedding?
Yes. We have backup camera gear in the case of any malfunction. We also use cameras that allow us to capture your images on multiple cards simultaneously so we have multiple backups of each image before we even leave the wedding day. We also carry insurance and can provide venues with certificates of liability coverage if needed.
do you carry insurance or have backup camera equipment?
We require a 1000 deposit and signed online contract via our secure booking website. We then set up a payment plan for you for the remaining balance which is due in full 4 weeks prior to the wedding. You have the option of following the payment plan or paying ahead of time at your leisure. We try to make it as easy as possibly for our brides.
